We Do Direct Billing

This means if you have insurance coverage we can bill your insurance company directly for payment, and you only have to pay the small portion (if any) that is not covered!  Less out-of -pocket money for massage therapy is awesome!!

IMPORTANT NOTES:  We use a third party program to bill your insurance company. Sometimes, even for no reason, they decline the request.  You are required to pay for your appointment if your insurance company, or the third party declines the request, for any reason. This is not the therapist’s fault. 

When submitting a claim, the system will immediately provide us the exact amount that your benefit plan will cover for that specific treatment. You will need to pay the remaining portion of the total fee in cases where your benefit plan does not cover a 100% of the cost.

We are unable to guarantee approval of claims with every client and at every appointment due to issues with individuals benefit plan, their balance, problems with the submission portal, or in cases where direct billing is not approved by an insurance company. Please refer to the list of insurance companies eligible for this service.

Our policies for Direct Billing:

  • You are required to pay for your appointment before you leave, if your insurance plan does not definitively approve the request.
  • Ensure you have a doctor’s note if you require one.
  • You must present your insurance card (or an image) for EACH visit.
