Darby is currently away on maternity leave. She will be in touch with clients when she returns in 2025. While she prepares to go on maternity leave in July, she will not be taking on any new clients between now and then. Darby graduated Algonquin College in June 2019 with an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy. Darby unites her background knowledge from her diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion to reach hers, as well as clients goals. In her free time, Darby loves sports of all kinds, and everything health & wellness related. Darby interacts and treats every client with a smile on her face.

Emily Martin

Emily’s work is born out of a passion for healing and a thriving desire to help people reach their health and healing goals. Wether you wish to have a deeply indulgent massage or want to work on long-term injuries and trauma, she is able meet you where you are on your personal journey; with a blend of therapeutic modalities, and a heart-centred approach to healing body work. Emily is a Registered Massage Therapist having graduated from Algonquin College in Ottawa. When not massaging, Emily enjoys finding pleasurable balance in her life by practicing yoga, running, meditation, hiking and virtually any outdoor activities including fishing with her family. Emily embraces life with the philosophy that living with an open heart and doing what you love will manifest great joy.

Elizabeth Cerroni

Elizabeth first experienced Massage Therapy by taking a course to massage horses; seeing the benefits it provided for them inspired her to take the course for people. Lizzie strives to help her clients meet their goals whether its common desk workers issues, sports injuries, or dealing with every day stress & wellness. When not at the clinic she can be found outside hiking, camping, and competing with her German Shepherd & Belgian Malinois in the sport of PSA. Elizabeth works at both the Kanata & Almonte clinics enjoying the wide range of clients each location has to offer. In her time as an RMT she has had extra training treating pregnant women and loves to work with them through each trimester.

Kimberley Howitt

Kimberley has been working as an RMT for 7 years. She graduated from Everest College in 2013. She is passionate about her work and has a strong background in road racing, powerlifting and crossfit. In her spare time she trains competitively with the Ottawa Lions Masters team. She has lots of experience with sports injuries, prevention and recovery as well as deep tissue massage to relaxation. She looks forward to treating you.

Kirsten Wood

Kirsten Wood is a graduate of massage therapy from Algonquin College and registered with the CMTO. She also has a strong background in dance, fitness training, powerlifting, kickboxing, and MMA. Kirsten has a passion for achieving the maximum potential of the body and guiding its process to optimal health and wellness.

Megan Harrison

Megan is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 15 years’ experience. She is a member of the Ontario Massage Therapists Association (OMTA) and graduated from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in 1998. She started her career working at a reputable rehabilitation centre in Iceland in 1999, and in 2000 she returned to Canada and has worked in a variety of organizations. Working as a massage therapist she has gained comprehensive knowledge and experience in treating diverse cases, such as Sports Injuries, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Fibromyalgia, Headaches/Migraines, Anxiety/Depression, Stress Management and Chronic Musculoskeletal Disorders along with much more. Megan also has additional training and experience in Sports Injury Prevention, Pre and Postnatal Massage, Infant Massage, as well as her certification as a Labour Support Provider. Megan uses a variety of advanced massage skills and training to treat her client’s individual needs such as, Postural Assessments, Orthopedic and Muscle Testing, Deep Tissue Massage, Joint Mobilization, Trigger Point Therapy, Active Release, Remedial Exercise, Visceral Manipulation, and Myofascial Release. With her confident approach, determination and dedication, she strives to facilitate positive changes in the physical, emotional and mental well-being of each and every client. Megan also strives on being the best possible therapist she can be and have the clients leave with the best possible outcomes.

Sonya Stuhec-Leonard

Sonya is driven by a passion to help people on their healing path and improve their quality of life. Her love of learning lead her from the sciences to massage therapy. She is fascinated by the connection of the physical (mechanical), neurological (electrical), and emotional (human) body system integration and how massage therapy can impact overall health and well being. Whether you come in for an impairment treatment or relaxation Sonya works to integrate both styles of care to maximize the benefits of each session. Sonya always want to meet you where you are at, so she focuses on working with you to find the best way to make, measure, and reach your goals; from decreasing pain, improving range of motion, quality of daily life, and anything in between. Sonya enjoys working with people of all ages and stages of life. When not working Sonya is usually out enjoying the outdoors, traveling with her partner, and listening to audio books.

Tracy Felice

Tracy has been practicing for 17 years and believes therapeutic massage is an integral aspect of achieving wellness and balance in overall health. If you require specific work or just need to relax she looks forward to working with you to help you achieve your goals and feel better. She has level 1 of Craniosacral Therapy and these treatments are primarily head, shoulder and neck.
