RMT
(Crazy for Comedy)
I am a body mechanic! For the past six years, I was a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. I love learning how and why the body moves and or doesn’t move. After multiple sport-related injuries, I quickly learned that treatment doesn’t stop when you get off the table. That being said, my goal is to provide the care you need, educate along the process and provide you with homecare and external modalities to complement treatment and provide accountability. The areas I focus on are trigger points, due to their contribution to a lot of the aches and pains we experience on a daily basis, fascia work from top to bottom, as well as frictions, joint mobilization, myofascial release, PNF, Swedish techniques, and home modalities such stretching, strengthening exercises, and hydrotherapy.
